How this desk is organised
Phinisi Broker is run as a working desk. The people on it answer enquiries, check facts and book charters and voyages; none of them is presented here as a personal brand, and none of their photographs is on this page.
- Vessel and operator vetting. Checks who owns the boat, what the manifest and clearance paperwork say, and whether the cabin count matches what is advertised.
- Itinerary planning. Builds the route around sea state, permit windows and realistic sailing hours rather than around a brochure map.
- Booking and payment. Holds dates, states the deposit and balance schedule in writing, and confirms what is and is not included before money moves.
- Permit and park fees. Arranges park entry, ranger and anchorage requirements where they apply, and shows the official component separately from ours.
Why there are no names on this page
This page names no individuals. A stated qualification should survive being asked for proof; where ours would not, it is left out entirely. If it matters to you who is handling your file, ask. You will be told the name of the person on it and what they are responsible for, in writing, before you commit to anything.
What we publish, and how it is checked
Where this site states a rule, a fee or a schedule, it comes from the operator or the official source, and we say so on the page. Where a rule has not been confirmed against an official source, we say that too. Corrections are welcome. Anything we get wrong is fixed on the page itself, with the change visible, not removed without trace.

While we craft journeys of extraordinary luxury, our profound respect for Indonesia’s natural and cultural heritage guides every decision. Phinisi Broker is deeply invested in responsible tourism, recognizing our role as stewards of this magnificent archipelago. We forge meaningful partnerships with local communities, ensuring that the economic benefits of luxury tourism flow directly to them through ethical employment, fair trade practices, and support for local businesses and artisans. This collaborative approach helps preserve traditional livelihoods and cultural practices, enriching the experience for both our guests and the communities they visit.
Our commitment to environmental sustainability is equally robust. We actively support marine conservation initiatives, working to protect the breathtaking biodiversity of Indonesia’s coral reefs and pristine waters, particularly in globally significant areas like Raja Ampat and Komodo National Park. Our operations prioritize minimizing environmental footprints through responsible waste management, sustainable sourcing of provisions, and adherence to strict guidelines for anchoring and marine interaction. We believe that true luxury travel should enhance, not detract from, the natural beauty it seeks to explore.
Educating our guests on cultural sensitivities and responsible interaction is a cornerstone of our philosophy. We provide insights into local customs and traditions, fostering respectful engagement that leaves a positive impact. Indonesia, with its more than 17,000 islands and vast marine ecosystems, offers an canvas for exploration. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that your voyage contributes to the long-term health and vitality of these precious environments, allowing future generations to experience the same wonder and beauty. This dedication to ethical practices is not merely an add-on; it is woven into the very fabric of our operations, reflecting a deep reverence for the destination we proudly share.
